Executed Documents to be dated on or after sanction letter date. In
case of partnership firm/ company, execution date should be on or

12 Duty/ Stamp Duty/ Franking as per policy. All parties name should be

Check Repayment schedule in the system to match IRR/ Rate.
13 Loan Check if last EMI is same or different. There should not be negative
Repayment amortization.

Pre EMI Interest due is created in system accurately.
Disbursal request form should be available and completely filled
up with date and signature of all the borrowers. Name, Account
no. of payee should be verified from printed Bank Statement/
Bank Pass Book/ Canceled Cheque.

Request ment amount, information is mentioned in DRF.
Form
For Under Construction Property, a separate DRF to be collected
for payment of Property Insurance Premium Loan, favoring Gen-
eral Insurance Company, during last tranche (payment date to be
left blank)
General Insurance is taken on Fully Constructed Property for full
tenure of loan - either funded by PCHF or by borrowers.
15 General For Under Construction Property, Application Form to be collected
Insurance for Property Insurance, in case General Insurance Premium Loan
on Funded appears in Sanction Letter.
Property
In case Property Insurance is funded by customer for Under
Construction Property, Application Form and Undated Insurance
Premium Cheque is to be collected from customer.
