Disbursement Checklist(NDC)

                    Check if Title Search has asked for any NOC from Mortgagee.
                    CERSAI check report of the property being funded.
                    Lawyers vetting report for original title documents should be avail-
                    able and same should be positive with Lead id mentioned.
                    Property visit report by Credit for LAP, Resale and non APF cases.
                    Check if Docket is screened or sampled. In case of sampled, FCU
                    report is available in the file.
                    FCU check of NOC from Builder or Society
       10  FCU Check  FCU check of OCR clearance bank statement.
                    If the sampled report is positive, then go ahead with disbursement.
                    If sampled report is negative, then disbursement can be processed
                    with deviation approval of FCU Head.
                    FCU to be done, as per sanction condition.
                    Schedules are completely filled up and any correction is counter-
                    signed by all borrowers.
                    Terms of loan - Loan amount, ROI, PF, tenure, etc.; should match
                    with Sanction letter.
                    Customer Copy of MITC should be handed over to customer and
                    not available in agreement at the time of disbursement.
                    In case of Guarantor - Guarantee Agreement with application form
                    and KYC.
       11  Loan
          Agreement   MOE/ MODT - duly stamped, as per respective state law. All par-
                    ties name should be there on e-stamp.
          Kit
                    Vernacular language undertaking, if borrower/ co-borrower is
                    signing in other than English language.
                    Notice of intimation of mortgage of property (Form 89B) available
                    and completed in documentation from Customer’s side (Applicable
                    to Maharashtra).
                    Check for all borrowers signature on the loan agreement kit and
                    sanction letter. Signatures to match with Application Form and KYC
                    documents.
