                    Disbursement Memo.
                    Permission to Mortgage in specified format (Applicable for cases in
                    which Sale Deed is executed after possession of property).
                    Tripartite agreement to be signed by Borrowers, Lender and
                    Builder (Applicable for cases in which Sale Deed is executed after
                    possession of property).
       21    In APF  Scheme Note is available in the docket (OCR deferment, interest
             Cases  subvention upfront, interest subvention monthly, interest subven-
                    tion split, principal moratorium, interest moratorium).
                    Tripartite agreement in subvention scheme.
                    In case of deduction of interest subvention at NPV from disburse-
                    ment, calculation sheet is prepared by Credit Manager. Check the
                    subvention period with scheme note.
                    In case of receipt of interest subvention at NPV from builder, check
                    if funds are received in bank account.
                    Project Progress Report (Technical report) not older than 3
                    months.
                    Progress needs to be checked if disbursement amount is as per the
                    incremental construction progress %
                    The allowed deviation of additional construction % as per extant
                    policy. Any disbursement above the extant credit policy is to be
                    approved by concerned Authority.
                    Agreement to sell. Furniture and Fixtures Agreement/ Estimate by
                    architect (if applicable).
                    Seller KYC documents, Bank Statement and canceled cheque.

           Cases    Seller FI & Seller POA.
                    In case Seller is Company/ Partnership Firm/ LLP:
                    A. Original Board resolution/ Authority Letter in PCHF format for
                         sale of property to borrower should be collected.
