THE POWER OF TAKING THE PLUNGE


               Let’s go one level deeper and talk about how we
               kick negative thoughts out. It’s certainly not by
               using  willpower  and  choosing  not  to  think
               negative thoughts. If you’ve ever attempted to
               not think about something, you know how well
               that works.

               If you’ve never tried it, go ahead and spend the
               next  thirty  seconds  trying  not  to  picture  a
               purple  elephant.  Don’t  do  it!  No  purple
               elephants!

               Let me guess … they’re walking around in your
               brain in full color, right? I thought so. Instead
               of attempting to not think negatively, the key is
               to replace fear and negative thoughts. We do
               this by reminding ourselves of who we are, what
               we’re made of, and what’s available to us.

               You  can  use  any  positive  affirmations  you
               choose.  The  only  requirement  is  that  you
               believe what you’re reading or declaring.
               Simple Bible Scriptures can be very useful. They
               can act as your Daily Promises.
