don't make no junk." If you don't love yourself,
how can you give to others something that you
don't have inside? It just can't flow to others if
it doesn't flow in you.

You have flaws. I have flaws. We are not
perfect. We’re all going to make mistakes. It’s
simply part of the human process. Shocking,
right?

I’m quite certain you didn’t flinch at all when
you read those words. Isn’t it amazing that
although we are fully aware of the fact that
mistakes, detours, and unexpected results are all
part of the process, we often allow the fear of
their arrival to stall our progress? Some of us
get stuck for days or weeks, while others
struggle with the fear of failure to such a degree
that it can derail our dreams indefinitely. But
why? Why do we get stuck?
