With what aspects of your life, thoughts,
attitude, or actions are you not happy?
How do those aspects affect your life?
Do you know anyone who has the same
challenges as you do, but doesn’t let those
challenges bother him or her or uses them as an
advantage?
How could it be true that your weaknesses are
not significant enough to sabotage your
success?
Do you give too much attention to your
weaknesses and not enough attention to your
strengths?
Write out the answers, or think about them, or
better yet, discuss them with a loved one.
