zone. She knows and is familiar with that
person. You may have heard the expression,
‘The devil you know is better than the devil you
don't.' (2) The phenomenon called the Law of
Attraction. I know that this is a hard pill to
swallow for some, and I don't mean to offend,
but the fact is that she attracts that type of
person. Perhaps she repeatedly holds onto the
thoughts of not being worthy of someone
better. Whatever thoughts permeate her
conscious and unconscious mind will bring
forth the fruit of those thoughts. I only wanted
to give you this as an example.

When we look at the comfort zone due to how
our brain operates, it's pretty clear as to why
some choose to live miserable lives. Whether
it's running from job to job, not working at all,
or working in environments that they absolutely
despise, the brain has been programmed to
resist change. I'm convinced that only babies
with wet diapers like change. But, there is good
news. We all have the power to move in another
direction. We are in a constant state of change
whether we're aware of it or not. We're either
getting better, or we're getting worse. The
choice is ours.
