important question. “Why does orange juice
come out?” Some are stumped or try to analyze
the physics. Then a genius emerges and says,
“Because that’s what’s inside.” The point I
make is just that. It’s what’s inside.
In everyone's life, there are strongly held rules
or regulations of, "What ought to be." This is
based solely on their own beliefs and
experiences. The term is often referred to as a
paradigm. When it comes to our reaction to
things, it is based on a perception or belief
about something, whether that belief is true or
not. All of us have probably noticed someone
getting really upset about something that
occurred, and it's difficult to understand the
person's anger or frustration. In most cases, it
has nothing to do with what is going on in the
situation, but it has everything to do with what's
going on inside of them. People tend to react
differently in situations all because of their own
experiences or what is currently going on inside
of them. "It's what's inside."
