circles, and getting the same results. But other
people see the same situation differently. They
perceive a number of different options. They
make different choices, and they never
experience the same challenges with which the
other is stuck.
Choice is a function of awareness.

The more aware you are, the more options you
perceive in any given situation. The more
options brought to your awareness, the higher
the likelihood of picking the best option for you
in that particular set of circumstances.
This is especially true in relationships. If you
allow yourself to continually respond in the
same way because you think you are right, then
it can perpetuate the same vicious
disagreements. You go round and round in
angry circles, sometimes for years.
It is not uncommon for people to cling to their
sense of rightness, even long after the other
party has left or passed away. The same
