So, you could say that intention mixed with
continually evaluated experience leads to a
greater level of awareness over time. I love what
Swiss psychiatrist, Carl Jung, once said, “Until
you make the unconscious conscious, it will
direct your life and you will call it fate.”
Are you ruled by your emotions? I must be
clear in telling you, “Yes, you are!” We all move
toward or away from something based on how
it makes us feel. So, emotions are the source of
all our actions, and those emotions derive from
our thoughts and beliefs. But the important
question is, “What kinds of emotions are ruling
your life?”
When I was a young teenager, my mom bought
me a poster that happened to be popular in the
early 70’s. It had the psychedelic colors and
artwork. I really wasn’t into that style, but the
