Residents are supported and encouraged to develop their skills, gain qualifications
and attend training courses, such as interview and CV skills so as to find
employment.
The centres’ Café and Charity Shop are natural opportunities for individuals to get
their feet on the first rung of the employment ladder and develop the opportunity
to demonstrate consistency and service skills.
We will aim to provide opportunities to support the community with gardening,
house decoration and other services, in line with individual personal development
progress.
In addition to housing, the centre will provide various essential and recreational
services to the wider community via it’s Café, Soft Play area for kids, Bookshop,
Laundrette and Charity Shop.
