Development Required
Gateway Church owns the land and a single storey building in the centre of
town. Our objective is to refurbish the ground floor and add a second storey to
accommodate a multi- functional centre meeting the needs of the community.
The following plans detail the development.
Accommodation
5 beds for males Soft Play Area
4 beds for females Laundrette
1 Family unit Coffee Shop
1 overnight accommodation for support couple Bookshop
Training facility, meeting room and administration office Charity Shop
Community Need
The ground floor will be income-generating but also be multifunctional – offering
activities for families during the day, with the potential for transforming into a Youth
Café, in the evenings.
