Policies may well have changed about welfare facilities on site, which
may include use of toilets and kitchens. Where before you could use a
cup and have a drink of water, it may be now you are asked not to
drink at all or use a disposable cup. Please ask first before just to
make sure. If working with other cleaners, be careful about keeping
social distance, especially in cleaning cupboards and tight working
areas. Go in one at a time and wait your turn. It’s the safest thing to
do. Don’t share keys or use each other’s phone to make a call. If you
think you’ve touched or shared something, wash your hands and
remember to avoid touching your face at all times.
Please also report any other member of our staff who is not following
the guidelines or instructions. We all have to work together to keep
ourselves and others safe.
As a business, specialising in cleaning, we’ve been working hard with
suppliers and Governing bodies in the industry to keep aware of the
most effective ways of keeping everyone safe and killing the virus.
These systems, chemicals and ways of working are constantly
changing as more is known about Covid19 and how it is spread. Our
Risk Assessments and Method Statements are being reviewed all of
the time and you will be updated every time there is a change.
