          Axis’ CDBC program is part of the Northern Health Assessment Network (NHAN)






          Mission: At Axis Family Resources Ltd. our mission is to be the leader in the delivery of community


          based social services while enhancing the lives of the diverse people we serve, our employees,


          and our partners.





          Main services offered:


              • The (CDBC) Assessment and Support Services Program


                  o Assessment and diagnosis for children and youth living in the Northern Health Region


                  o Complex Developmental and Behavioural Conditions: ADHD, FASD, developmental


                     disorders

                     Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)


                     Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)


                     Developmental Disorders






          No fee required


          A referral can be made to NHAN by a Family Physician, Paediatrician, Child Psychiatrist or a


          Clinical Nurse Practitioner if a child or youth has difficulties in areas such as development and

          learning, mental health behaviours, and /or adaptive and social skills.
