Mission: We are a community based program dedicated to supportive, compassionate care for the

person, family, and friends facing a life-threatening illness.

Main services provided:

• Supportive, compassionate care for clients and family

• Trained volunteers who provide services in home, hospital, and extended care facilities.

• Support and/or care for cancer, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases, neurological disorders,

renal disease, respiratory disease

• Care for all conditions

• Anticipatory grief & bereavement

• Emotional/ spiritual support

• Aftercare for one year

• Lending library

No service fee

Referral required for palliative patient by a physician

Mission:: To be a centre of excellence that offers interdisciplinary team approach for

programming and intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other

Developmental Disabilities. Currently we only offer Behaviour Intervention. The goal will be

to simplify the journey families make.

• Building foundational skills for children with behavioural health needs like anxiety or

autism

• Communication

• Social

• Self-regulation

• Academic

• Gross & fine motor

• Play

• Self Care

Service fee: with clinician $35/hr, without clinician $40/hr
