Chapter Three: Define
Arriving at the Problem Statement
In this section, I strived to formulate the findings from the preceding chapter. The
objective was to accurately articulate the three primary elements of "User", "Need",
and "Goal" in order to craft the problem statement.
RESEARCH PROJECT
How might we enable better communication and interaction between patients and
their physiotherapists at SETU so as to improve treatment results, because we know
User Need Goal
better participation and access to treatment programmed improves overall patient
outcomes.
