The Initial Approach Of The Design
In initial approach I adopted, based on the data analysis from the previous section, my decision was to design a mobile application. The aim was to retain the positive points high-
lighted by users (green circles) in the design and to devise solutions for the identified negative points (red circles) to be presented within the mobile application.
