tionist checks the list, they refer Karen to another student, Karen tells them she did the first session with Mark and Susan. But
the receptionist tells her that they are not in the clinic today and you should have mentioned in the first meeting that you want
to continue the treatment with them, Karen is very surprised because she did not know this process and structure. After going
to the exam room, Karen tells the new students that she couldn't remember exercise #3 and didn't do it. The students have
no idea of the exercises given in the previous session. Karen tells the students that her pain has increased. And the students
are surprised and ask Karen to do the exercises so Karen does the exercises and the students realize that Karen did exercise
#2 wrongly. The students honestly tell Karen that she did the exercises wrong. Karen becomes very frustrated. The students
give her new exercises for the second session and ask her to do the exercises, then use her cell phone to take video of her so
Karen can use them at home as a exercise structure. Karen is very embarrassed that they are filming her exercising and feels
like why should she be in this situation. After leaving the exercise room, Karen books a third session at reception. She has
to drive again in the rain and storm. Her car breaks down in the middle of the road. And Karen thinks to herself that she will
never attend in third session and abandon this treatment.
