John is a game design student at SETU University, he has pain in his neck and shoulders these days due to working too much
on the computer. So he decides to use the university's free physiotherapy services. After requesting an appointment, he
quickly receives a response from the clinic that your appointment can be made for tomorrow. John is very pleased that they
responded promptly to his request. On Tuesday, John goes to the clinic and then 2 treatment provider students take him to

the examination room and examine him. They do not explain to him about John's problem. John doesn't ask them any ques-
tions, then the students report John's information to their lecturer and talk to each other about proper exercise, John is very
confused but prefers to remain silent. The students take John to the exercise room and give him 5 exercises. John tells the
students that he might forget them at home. Then, one of the students with a friendly attitude tries to write down the process
of exercises for him and record it on paper with simple sketches. John is very pleased with the friendly behavior of the student.
After leaving the exercise room, John books a second appointment at the reception and leaves the clinic. John looks at the
given paper, he cannot read the student's handwriting. John thinks to himself that there must be a better method for this prob-
lem, how in a university of technology and IT, the physiotherapy clinic uses such a method for the treatment process. John
imagines that he wishes he could do the physical therapy process in a new and innovative way.
