Chapter Three: Define
Steps in this Process
In this section, following the presentation of the problem statement, I endeavoured
to propose an initial approach rooted in the data analysis outlined in the previous
chapter. Next, by crafting two personas, I aimed to immerse them in varied scenari-
os, highlighting potential issues within the current treatment approach at the SETU
RESEARCH PROJECT
Sports Injury Clinic. I then address the challenges presented in each scenario and
categorize the findings. Finally, I conclude the chapter by presenting some ideas
and directions that may effectively overcome these challenges.
In the next chapter, I will address the challenges presented in each scenario by
proposing one or more solutions generated from the brain storming process. There-
fore, in the following chapter, I will refer back to this one as I discuss some story
boarding techniques.
