             shows that obesity doubles your risk of heart failure and triples the
             risk of breast cancer in women! The average middle age weight gain

             of 22 pounds  increases your risk of a heart attack by 75%. But think
             about the flip side, by eating the right superfoods, you won’t just lose
             weight, but you’ll be changing your life, your legacy, and changing your
             world!
