CONFIRMED
For me it all started at my
birth in August 1962 where
decisions had to be made as to
which denomination I would
be a part of as my Mom was
an Anglican and my Dad a
Roman Catholic. It is said that
children take their spiritual
lead from their fathers so yes as a baby all dressed
in white I got baptized (sprinkled) into Roman
Catholicism. As per the custom and belief of the
Roman Catholic Church after the sacrament of
baptism which represents re-birth to a new and
supernatural life it had to be completed by the
sacrament of Confirmation which represented
maturity and coming of age. When I was old
enough to understand what the Catholic Faith was
all about I had to attend catechism classes and also
attended Catholic schools namely Holy Cross
