They believe that without formal membership the

church is not a true church. In becoming a member
you have to attend new member’s classes where

foundational teachings on the Father, Son and Holy

Spirit, scriptures, salvation, sin and the church are

reviewed. After that every prospective member is

interviewed by the elders regarding the teachings
they received and also an opportunity to ask

questions about the church. Thereafter the

member has to make a public profession of faith in
a worship service thereby CONFIRMING their

            membership / allegiance.

Over the years I've seen how many got stuck at
this point and never migrated to what God had

originally intended for them. For many years I

found my Identity in the Roman Catholic Church as

a follower, a member of Roman Catholicism. So for
the first twenty years of my life I found myself

belonging to the church 'organization' and not to

            Christ.
