Next, we put the lead patch back on. It was easy and not bad at all. We did
it! Thank goodness for Jay. He's my angel.

For the first few days after the procedure, this was how it went. Again, I had
some soreness, but not bad at all. I didn't feel the radiation plaque at
all. There was no discomfort from that. I was so thankful to be passed the
eye procedure and on the mend.

DEC 8 (Thursday)

I stayed in my room most of the day, I took a walk outside for about 20
minutes and then went back in. Jay made me a yummy lunch as he had done
the previous days. We (Jay) put ointment in my eye four times a day. He
catered to me, night and day and day and night. I'm so lucky to have him.
