J. TODD RAYMOND | MANAGING PARTNER, CEO

As a partner in 1547, Mr. Raymond is responsible for running the operations of the business as
well as business development and firm strategy. Mr. Raymond has a reputation of successfully
building enterprise value and taking companies from their start up through executing an exit
strategy. Prior to joining 1547, Mr. Raymond was instrumental in the success of The Telx

Group, Inc.:

– 2001: Raymond co-founds Telx as General Counsel and Controller
– 2003: Raymond leads a $10.0 million friends and family capital raise

– 2004: Raymond leads acquisition of 56 Marietta St, major carrier hotel in downtown
Atlanta
– 2006: Telx sells to GI Partners, investors receive 8x return
– 2006: Raymond co-invests with GI and is named interim CEO, President, and General

Counsel
– 2006: Raymond leads major acquisition of 10 facilities from Digital Realty Trust
– 2007: Raymond is also named COO
– 2007: Raymond leads acquisition of rival NYC Connect business at 111 Eighth Avenue

– 2009: Raymond named SVP of Acquisitions; procured > 1.0 million SF of data center
space
– 2011: Telx sells to Abry Partners and Berkshire Partners; Raymond exits along with GI
– 2015: Telx sells to Digital Realty Trust for $1.9 billion

Mr. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University and a

Juris Doctor (JD) from Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. Raymond is a member of
Young Presidents Organization.
