Mr. Martin is a co-founder of both 1547 and The Martin Group, a premier national data center construction
firm. At 1547, Mr. Martin is focused on implementing creative solutions for efficiency across facilities that will
benefit productivity for tenants. Mr. Martin’s multifaceted expertise allows for detailed focus and delivery of
tenant requirements. Additionally, Mr. Martin directs design and construction professionals on behalf of the

company. Mr. Martin’s extensive industry relationships are instrumental for developing new property and
tenant opportunities.

With over 25 years of development experience, including over 15 years of direct data center development,
Mr. Martin’s expertise in complex large-scale and fast-track construction projects has made him a highly-

respected member of the data center industry. Mr. Martin has experience in both field supervision and project
management of a variety of high-end construction projects nationwide, with a track record of value
engineering to maintain budget and schedule goals. Through these projects, Mr. Martin has developed
relationships with industry leading real estate and technology firms. These relationships form the foundation
for new property and sales opportunities for the 1547 portfolio.

Mr. Martin attended Stockton College and holds OSHA 30-hour, 7×24 Exchange and AFCOM member

licenses and certifications.
