COREY WELP | MANAGING PARTNER, CO-FOUNDER

Mr. Welp is a co-founder and Managing Partner of 1547. Mr. Welp was instrumental in bringing
together the 1547 team. Mr. Welp manages the firm’s Dallas office, the center of finance and M&A

initiatives. His responsibilities include investor relations, capital raising, and financial evaluation of all
new opportunities. Mr. Welp is focused on designing creative transaction structures, evaluating the
financial viability of new opportunities, developing business opportunities, and pricing for new
tenants, prospects, and property acquisitions. Through his active role in the firm strategy, Mr. Welp
focuses on managing the investment portfolio with a focus on balancing risk and opportunity.

Prior to forming 1547, Mr. Welp represented both boutique and major investment management
firms. Mr. Welp has devoted his career to developing a network of investment advisors, family

offices, and institutional asset managers. Through this network, investors have trusted Mr. Welp with
over $4 billion for investment opportunities in various asset classes, including technology and real
estate. Mr. Welp has developed a reputation as a premier innovator, leader and speaker with a focus
on developing mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.
Mr. Welp holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University. Mr.

Welp is currently a member of AFCOM.
