The Managing Partners’ approach to building out the balance of the operational team is simple – hire the very
best people in the industry. With their extensive and lengthy experience in the data center industry, the
Managing Partners have identified leaders in the industry that are prepared to join the team upon completion of
the capital raise. 1547 has added key team members, all of whom were identified by 1547 as leaders in their
respective part of the industry.

Brian Oley, Director of Real Estate
– 15 years of global data center real estate experience and former environmental tech CFO

– Co-founder and co-lead of global real estate group at Jones Lang LaSalle
– Responsible for over 600 megawatts and 3.5 million square feet of data center real estate transactions
around the globe (North America, EMEA, and APAC)

John Bonczek, President of 1547 Data Centers

– 15 years of proven retail colocation sales leadership, both in direct sales and team building
– National sales lead, directing strategy and sales for a top retail colocation data center company
– Unparalleled relationships in the industry

Ghian Foreman, Managing Partner (Chicago)

– 20 years of executive business leadership and marketing experience with several Fortune 500 companies
– Responsible for over $50.0 million in development projects and real estate transactions in Chicago proper
– Will be the on-site and manage local relationships, including driving incentive negotiations and leading
regional sales efforts
