PATRICK HYNES | MANAGING PARTNER, CO-FOUNDER
Mr. Hynes is a co-founder of 1547 and co-owner of The Martin Group, a premier national data center
construction firm. Mr. Hynes is responsible for 1547’s relationships with local officials and the
management of due diligence on assets, permitting and additional building coordination details. 1547’s
property operations are managed under the direction of Mr. Hynes. Mr. Hynes’ extensive industry
relationships benefit 1547’s ability to pursue new business opportunities.
Mr. Hynes has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. Working in all roles from laborer to
project manager, he has gained the respect of countless clients and design teams by effectively
coordinating projects and maximizing resources. Mr. Hynes’ unrelenting attention to detail is seen in all
projects he oversees and across a wide range of services including estimating, purchasing, consulting and
general contracting.
Mr. Hynes attended Glassboro State College and holds OSHA 30-hour, 7×24 Exchange and AFCOM
member licenses and certifications.
