ENTERING INTO WHAT CHRIST HAS DONE

                                                       STUDY ONE

                                         ENJOYING WHAT CHRIST HAS DONE

               TEXT: Gal. 3:13, Col. 1:13, Matt. 25:41, Acts 17:28, 1Pet. 1:4, Jn. 1:14
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is
written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree (Gal 3:13). Who hath delivered us from the
power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Col 1:13). Then
shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,
prepared for the devil and his angels (Matt 25:41). For in him we live, and move, and have
our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring (Acts
               17:28).

During Easter, we normally talk about Christ. Unfortunately, many people including
nominal christians and born again christians one don’t know much about who and what they are

in Christ. To receive the benefits of Christ, especially during Easter, you have to know what you

are in Him and what He has done for you. Here are some of the things that you need to know.

               1. In Christ you are redeemed – Gal. 2:20, Gal. 3:13, Eph. 1:7, Mk. 10:45, Matt. 20:28
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is
written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree (Gal. 3:13).

Do you know that the word ‘redemption’ is to buy back a slave with the payment of a

ransom? Christ has delivered you from the power of darkness. You must put your faith in that

word that Christ has spoken through Apostle Paul. You are not going to be redeemed again, you
have been redeemed already. You only have to enter by faith into the power of that redemption.

Faith means that you truly believe that you are not longer under the power of darkness.

               2. In Christ you move – Acts 17:28
For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets
have said, For we are also his offspring (Acts 17:28).

Our breath and life is in Him. He is our origin. Your life is truly in Christ. Your
movement, your being are in Christ. This is why during this Easter period, you must make Christ

your all in all. You have your whole being in Christ.
