7. Satan cannot touch a believer that is holy – 1Jn. 5:18, Eph. 6:11
We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God
keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not (1John 5:18).
He can never touch you, that is what the Word of God says in 1John. 5:18. He says when
you are holy, satan cannot touch you. It doesn’t matter what people preach or what they believe.
A lot of these teachings are deceits. There are preachers who create demons upon demons.
Perhaps, those are the experiences people naturally and psychologically give as testimonies.
Some of these things are not real. They are mirage. They are deceits of the devil. Satan likes such
doctrines because it elevates sin. You as a believer must demote him, must defeat him, you must
disgrace him because Jesus Christ has done all these things.
8. Satan cannot deceive a believer who knows the word and that is why you have to know
the word
The deceit of the devil is through the manipulation of the Word of God at all times.
9. Satan depresses us through unforgiveness – Col. 3:13, Lev. 19:17-18, Heb. 10:30, Jn. 9:31,
Matt. 18:21-22, 1Jn. 1:9
Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man has a quarrel against
any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye (Col 3:13).
Make sure that you have no bitterness in your heart because that is one of his baits to
ensure that you are bound for the rest of your life.
10. Satan delegates authority to one of his angels – Heb. 1:14
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs
of salvation? (Heb 1:14).
For everyone demon that wants to attack you, two angels are for you and you have
authority over these angels. You can command them to work or fight for you.
11. Satan deposits doubt into a believer’s careless heart – Matt. 21:21, Deut. 28:66, Mk. 9:24,
Jn. 20:27, Rom. 11:20, Matt. 14:31
Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt
not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this
mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done (Matt 21:21).
This promise is not for all believers but for believers who are not careless. That is why
you must ensure that you have the Word of God in you, you must meditate upon the Word of
