Special Pudding





             4 ½ c day old stale bread

             1 ½ c pineapple juice
             1 big can evaporated milk

             2 big cans condensed milk
             2 ½ c crushed pineapple
             ½ tsp baking soda

             1 tsp baking powder
             5 eggs

             1 ½ c raisins
             2 ½ c sugar
             1 tsp cinnamon

             2 ½ tbsp vanilla
             1 ½ c butter

             2 c grated cheese (optional)


             Mix the dry ingredients. Add the condensed milk, evaporated milk,

             eggs, pineapple juice, stale bread, raisins, crushed pineapples, vanilla
             and butter. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Brush pan with melted butter,

             put mixture and let it rest for 15 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
