Salted Egg and Kesong Puti

                                Cream Cheese Bibingka



             4 c all purpose flour                                                   Yield: 10 pcs
             2 c rice flour

             2 c glutinous rice flour
             1 cup condensed milk
             1 cup all purpose cream

             3 ½ c cream cheese
             3 c salted butter melted

             6 c white sugar
             6 tbsp baking powder
             12 XL eggs

             20 pcs salted eggs sliced
             3 c kesong puti chopped

             grated cheese (optional)
             butter for brushing
              wilted banana leaves for lining



             Sift the dry ingredients twice. Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and

             eggs. Blend well and gradually add condensed milk and all purpose
             cream. Add the flour mixture to butter mixture and blend well.



             Line an 8" round pan with wilted banana leaves. Pour mixture up to ¾
             full and top with salted eggs and kesong puti.



             Preheat the oven. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes till golden brown.
             While hot, brush with melted butter and top with grated cheese.
