Special Tikoy Kutsinta
2 c all purpose flour
1 cup glutinous rice flour
2 ¾ c white sugar
1 ½ c evaporated milk
3 c coconut cream
3 tsp lye water
Oil for brushing molder
For the topping:
1 cup toasted peanuts, finely chopped
½ cup toasted flour
3 c grated cheese (optional)
Brush molder with oil. Set aside. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Put in individual molders and steam in boiling water for 25 minutes.
When done, gently take each piece and roll in chopped toasted
peanuts mixed with toasted flour, or top with grated cheese.
