Special Cheesy Kutsinta
4 c all purpose flour
2 c glutinous rice flour
9 c water
6 tsp lye water
6 c dark brown sugar
5 c grated cheese
Fill half of the steamer with water and boil. In a bowl, mix the all
purpose flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar and water. Mix till smooth.
Strain the mixture to avoid lumps of flour. Put lye water. Mix well and
pour mixture into each molder. Cover the steamer with a cheesecloth
and steam in boiling water for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with grated cheese.
