             2 c cornstarch
             4 c kakang gata/coconut
             ½ c white sugar                               For the topping:

             1 cup butter                                  grated cheese
             3 c cream style corn

             2 ½ c condensed milk
             3 c evaporated milk
             extra butter for greasing



             Dissolve cornstarch in 2 cups of coconut cream.



             Grease molder with generous amount of butter, set aside.



             In a non stick casserole combined dissolved cornstarch, sugar, cream
             of corn, condensed milk, evaporated milk and remaining coconut

             cream.



             Cook mixture over low heat while stirring constantly.


             When mixture starts to thicken, cook for another 5-7 minutes.



             Pour in butter and stir well to combine. Pour in a greased molder.



             Top with grated cheese.
                                                              Best when chilled.
