Puto Cheese

                                                                                     Yield: 60 pcs

             3 c all purpose flour

             3 c cake flour
             2 c glutinous rice flour
             6 tbsp baking powder

             2 ¼ c sugar
             ¾ tbsp salt

             1 cup condensed milk
             3 ½ c evaporated milk
             8 pcs XL eggs

             1 c butter
             3 c grated cheese

              slices of cheese


             In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients together. Add butter, eggs,

             condensed milk, evaporated milk and grated cheese. Mix well.



             Put mixture in puto molder. Top with cheese. Rest for 30 minutes


             Fill half of the steamer with water and boil.



             Arrange puto molder in steamer and steam puto cheese for 20-25

             minutes. Put a cheesecloth between the layers to avoid water
             drippings.
