Confetti Butter Cake

                                                                                        Yield: 40 pcs
             4 c cake flour
             4 c all purpose flour

             6 tbsp baking powder
             ¼ tbsp salt

             4 c unsalted butter soften
             16 XL egg yolks
             3 ½ c sugar

             2 c cream cheese
             1 ½ c all purpose cream

             ½ c sour cream
             2 tsp lemon zest
             1 tsp lemon extract

             sprinkles



             Preheat the oven to 350°F.


             In a bowl cream egg yolks, whole eggs, all purpose cream, cream

             cheese, sour cream and butter.



             In a separate bowl, sift the dry ingredients twice.


             Gradually add butter mixture to flour mixture. Add lemon extract and

             lemon zest. Blend well.



             Meanwhile lined baking pan with baking paper, grease with butter and
             pour batter mixture on grease pan. Top with sprinkles. Let it rest for 20-
             30 minutes.



             Preheat the oven. Bake for 25-35 minutes.                                                  82
