8 c all purpose all flour Tablea Confetti
1 ½ tbsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda Bars
½ tsp saltYield 40 pcs
2 ½ c cocoa powder Yield: 40 pcs
¼ tsp vinegar
2 tbsp black coffee
2 ½ cups dark brown sugar
3 pcs tablea chocolate
⅔ c dark corn syrup
1 c honey
1 tbsp vanilla
16 XL egg yolks
4 ½ c butter
1 ½ c all purpose cream
sprinkles (optional)
In a double boiler, melt tablea and butter. Let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, cream egg yolks, all purpose cream,
tablea-butter mixture. Add vanilla, honey and corn syrup. Blend well.
In a separate bowl, sift the dry ingredients twice. Gradually add the butter
mixture to the flour mixture, then add vinegar. Incorporate the ingredients.
Meanwhile lined baking pan with baking paper, grease with butter and pour
batter mixture on grease pan. Top with sprinkles. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven. Bake at 350°F for 25-35 minutes.
