Special Brownies




            2 ½ c butter, melted                                           Yield: 18-24 pcs

            2 ½ c cocoa powder                     Dark brown sugar
                                                    makes brownies
            2 ½ c dark brown sugar                      chewy.
            ¾ tbsp dark coffee

            1 tbsp vanilla
            3 eggs

            3 egg yolks
            1 ½ c all purpose flour, sifted
            ¼ tbsp + 1 tsp salt

            1 ½ c cashew nuts, toasted and chopped
            ⅛ c corn syrup

            ⅛ c honey

                          Use a rubber
                       spatula for easy
                           creaming.




            Cream butter, eggs and sugar.

            Sift the dry ingredients (cocoa powder, salt, sugar, all purpose flour and
            dark coffee).

            Add vanilla, corn syrup, honey and half of toasted chopped cashew nuts.

            Line the pan with parchment paper. Grease with butter. Pour the batter

            into prepared pan and top with the remaining cashew nuts.

                                                                            Be careful not to overbake
                                                                            to make brownies soft and
                                                                                 chewy inside.
            Preheat the oven. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool before

            slicing.
