Special Kababayan Muffins






               4 c all purpose flour
               4 c cake flour

               ½ c yogurt
               1 ½ c condensed milk
               1 c all purpose cream

               6 eggs
               6 egg yolks

               1 tsp orange or lemon extract
               1 tsp vanilla extract
               3 tbsp orange or lemon peel

               3 ½ c white sugar
               2 c salted butter softened

               1 c evaporated milk
               6 tbsp baking powder
               Yellow food color gel



               In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients twice. In another bowl, cream

               sugar, egg yolks, eggs and butter until well blended.

               Add all purpose cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, orange or
               lemon extract, vanilla extract, food color and orange or lemon peel.

               Add butter mixture in flour mixture, blend well but don't overbeat
               the batter.

               Grease baking pan muffins with butter or cooking spray. Bake in a

               pre heated oven 400°F for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350°F and
               lower tray to second level and bake for another 10 minutes or until
               golden brown.
