Goodbye and Thanks!

                  A Tribute to

Cynthia Sneed Director of Field Operations

                                                                   There is only one Cynthia Sneed! She has
                                                                   style. She has grace. She is a go-getter and
                                                                   does not tire when she is on a mission. For
                                                                   almost five years, she was the voice of
                                                                   Field Operations. A champion not only for
                                                                   the driver examiners but for everyone in
                                                                   her Division, the Executive and
                                                                   Management Teams and for the entire
                                                                   Agency. She was the walking, talking
                                                                   example of #OneTeamOneMission.

                                                                   Cynthia Sneed was a 30-year employee
                                                                   with the State of Georgia. Most of her time
                                                                   was spent with the State Board of Pardon
                                                                   and Paroles. She came to DDS in 2013.

                                                                   We needed her then, but others need her
                                                                   more now. She has left a lasting
                                                                   impression on this organization. Cynthia
                                                                   and her Team performed with exceptional
                                                                   diligence and excellence in ensuring that
                                                                   we establish standard operating
                                                                   procedures (SOPs) – even for smaller
                                                                   processes.

                                                                   Cynthia worked diligently and successfully
                                                                   to make getting a driver’s license easier for
                                                                   the citizens of the State. Her attention to
                                                                   process and detail has paid off for this
                                                                   organization. While she will certainly be
                                                                   missed, the customer service
                                                                   improvements in Field Operations are a
                                                                   tribute to her.
