DDS Mobile Services App
The DDS Mobile Services App Project Team Can’t Wait to Get Started on the New App!
DDS is excited to have launched a great project to help improve customer service. The DDS Mobile Services
App will provide yet another channel for DDS to communicate in a way that is accessible and convenient
to our customers. How many Apps are on your cellphone? We live in a mobile world and who other than
a driver’s licensing agency should be mobile? The DDS Mobile Services App is being developed by Scope
IT Consulting, the competitive bid winner, and will be available for both iPhone and Android users. DDS is
very fortunate to have Scope IT Consulting on this project. Their company developed the Wells Fargo App
– one of the most used daily apps in the nation. Commissioner Moore believes that as more DDS
customers use the Mobile Services App, the number of phone calls to the Contact Center will be reduced.
Most importantly, it will allow DDS to send push notifications to customers to “push” them to check for
new citations, fees, expirations or any other change that affects their license status. The project team is
working towards a launch of the DDS Mobile Services App in the December 2017 – January 2018
timeframe.
