Deputy Commissioner Rich Joins Elite Training Group in Israel

Eighteen Georgia police chiefs, sheriffs,
public safety commissioners, and other
senior police and public safety officials
have returned from Israel after two
weeks of public safety and
counterterrorism training with the
country’s top policing executives.

One of DDS’ own -- Deputy Commissioner
Ricky Rich -- was proud to be invited to
join the Georgia International Law
Enforcement Exchange (GILEE) program’s
most recent trip.

The group traveled to Israel to forge
partnerships while sharing best practices
in tactics and technology in law
enforcement.
