The Red City: F ollowing months of work, this unprecedented Shomrim
A Journey to investigation provided a comprehensive picture of how
Israel’s Murder the city of Lod has become Israel’s murder capital. Using an
Capital interactive map, Shomrim journalist Daniel Dolev highlighted
the city’s 70 homicides over the past decade – the majority of
Daniel Dolev which remain unsolved.
In a first-of-its-kind collaboration with Yedioth Ahronoth – the
most popular print newspaper in Israel – the article was also
published in the paper’s “Seven Days” weekend supplement.

The Kohelet T he Kohelet Forum, which is the ideological driving force
Forum Project behind the government’s judicial overhaul, has been at the
epicenter of public awareness and discourse in Israel for many
Uri Blau years, but its modus operandi in the public sphere has remained
and Shuki Sadeh a mystery.
In a groundbreaking series of five articles, Uri Blau and
Shuki Sadeh exposed the behind-the-scenes dealings of the
organization. Their investigations exposed the trail of donations
that keeps the Kohelet Forum running, its ties with Israeli
decision-makers, and the network of organizations that operate
in its orbit and with its support.
The investigations were also published in TheMarker and
Calcalist, and were followed up by various radio stations and
international media.
