            •  OWC uses visible light range
             (380nm – 780nm) of the
             Electromagnetic spectrum.
            •  LED/Laser is used as the
             transmitter and a photodiode
             is used as the receiver.
            •  LED/Laser is intensity modulated
             (IM) according to the transmit
             signal and direct detection   Indoor Broadcasting Systems  Indoor Localization
             (DD) is used at the receiver.
