                                                      JOINING PROCESS



                     1. Issue of Offer Letter
                     a) The employment offer would be made by Concerned HR through a Offer Letter
                        together   with   the    Log   in   Id   and    password   of   info   portal
                        (www.info.indovisionservices.in.)
                     b) The resource has to upload all his/her documents on the portal on or before DOJ.

                     c) If any of the document is not available, it should be informed to HR on mail before
                        DOJ.

                     d) After obtaining the candidate’s acceptance (in person or through email), a copy of
                        the accepted Offer Letter will be kept by the concerned HR.

                     e) The concerned HR will intimate the concerned department and concerned IT,
                        necessary arrangement is made like Laptop, ID Card or any other related facilities
                        and these are in place before the new employee reports for duty.

                     2. Joining:
                        The joining procedure and responsibilities will be with respective HR.
