                                               PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
               Performance management-


                           Every person need to send daily/weekly/monthly report to supervisor.
                           Every person need to ensure that his/her KRA/Targets are signed within 15 days of
                              joining and shared with HR.
                             There are will 1 cycles of performance evaluation i.e.: October & April.
                           There are 5 grades based on target achieved
