                                               LEAVE & ATTENDANCE

               Office Timings: (Varanasi & other centre)

                         6 days working in a week and only Sunday is Week off.
                         Office timing 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM including Lunch and Refreshment break.
                         For HQ staff working for DDUGKY project shall follow the HQ timings when they are at HQ
                            Whereas the timing of centre will be applicable when they will be at centre
               Attendance


                   1. Attendance will be marked through Geo Punch and Bio metric for center staff whereas for HQ
                       staff Geo punch will be applicable.

                   2. If Resource forget to punch his/her attendance either In or Out time, it’s mandatory, to mark
                       Miss punch on portal,
                          a.  in case he/she has forgotten to mark attendance at both occasion which is In & Out, he
                              has to apply for Business Trip on the portal.
                          b. In case of Exception Leave the employee has to specify the reason in portal within same
                              week
                          c. Only approved exceptions will be considered
                          d. Max 2 exceptions are allowed in a month.

               Leave Policy

               1 Leave shall be granted to center Staff in a month, (Subjected to prior approval from
               Reporting Manager).

               The unutilized Leave during the period will not be carryforward to next year.

               Process for Leave Sanction

                    Sanctioning Authority: The leave must be applied in proper manner and it has to be approved by
                       your reporting manager. Unauthorized / unsanctioned leave will be treated as absence and
                       considered a matter of indiscipline.
                    Whenever you are taking leave make sure to take the approval for the reporting manager.
                    No Leave on Portal will be considered as LWP (Leave without Pay).
                    In case of LWP the salary will be deducted on 24-day basis.

               Salary Processing Date.

                       Salary will Process in between 5 to 10 of every month and credited to peoples account
                       accordingly.
