2. DIAMOND CUTTER

Another show master of this vibrant
assignment was the diamond bit
flexible-wire cutter. Unlike the giant
Combi-Crusher, this equipment is not
very big in size but it is the most
powerful tool for demolitions that no
one can really imagine such a smooth
demolition in the absence of this power
packed kit. In general, it consisted of a
long diamond studded high strength
flexible wire, a pulley attachment and an
attachment for hydraulic power unit.
The rotating diamond wire on one hand
steals all the show and on the other hand
the amazing process of pier cutting and
stabilizing it safely in a few hours in its
vertical position is really not a joke. From
safety point of view and to prevent any
sudden un-engineered collapse, the angle
of diamond studded bit was kept lower
than 45 degrees to the horizontal plane.
Secondly, two main reinforcement were
kept as it is without any cut from the end
opposite to the assembly of pulley to retain
the mass pier even after its complete
cutting
